Greetings All MBAers!

The SOU Office of the Dean of Students has created a Moodle course called the Academic Integrity Seminar to help students understand the University?s academic standards and policies and safeguard students from unwittingly committing actions that violate academic integrity and academic codes of conduct. All MBA students are automatically enrolled in this seminar found in Moodle.

 We strongly encourage you to please review the material in both slideshows and take the Academic Integrity and Misconduct Test.  You will receive a special Badge upon completion of the test.

Another resource where you will find these policies is the MBA Program Handbook.  Southern Oregon University?s Academic Standards and Policies are found starting on page seven of the handbook. Please make sure to thoroughly read the handbook and understand your responsibilities regarding academic integrity during your studies at Southern Oregon University. Some of the policies have been updated to include the prohibited use of online resources, such as Chegg, Course Hero, Quizlet, or other online test banks and solutions, for assessments, projects, class assignments, and other graded work. AI tools like ChatGPT and OpenAI are also discussed.
